DO YOU PROVIDE REFUND?

We only provide refund under certain circumstances which is applicable (Eg: return / exchange cases). Should there be any refund, it will be made in only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and only one-time usage upon checking out your cart, with no expiration date.


I HAVE AN EXTRA BALANCE FROM MY PAYMENT THROUGH BANK DEPOSIT, HOW DO YOU RETURN THE EXTRA BALANCE?

Store credits points form equally to the extra balance will be issued. Applicable anytime and only one-time usage upon checking out your cart, with no expiration date.
