TERMS & CONDITIONS


PURCHASE

  • Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. WES will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
  • Kindly input a valid and whole address, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
  • We only accept payment via Manual Online Banking Transfer / Offline ATM Transfer / Bank Deposit.
  • All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
  • WES reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

1) Product ordered is no longer available in stock.

2) Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours upon receiving order invoice.

3) We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.


REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • We accept all returns with any reasons. Return must be made under the terms below:
    • Submit your return request within 3 working days from the date of parcel received.
    • Return your items within 3 working days from the date of return approval received.
    • In the state of good condition: undamaged (return parcel packing is under buyer responsibility), unaltered, unworn, unwashed and  in original packaging along with order invoice.
  • Return refund and balance payment from bank deposit refund will be made in only store credit points form (notify through email) with no expiration. The store credit can be used during your subsequent purchase with WES.

BACKORDERS

  • Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
  • Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
  • We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. In the case of delayed/ cancelled backorders, refund will be issued in the form of Coupon Code with no expiry. Strictly no cash-form refunds.
  • If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), by default, your order will only be shipped out once all backorder items arrived. For separate shipping (additional charges might incurred – click HERE for more info), kindly do state at the “Note”  when checkout.

DELIVERY 

  • Orders will be shipped out within 24 – 48 hours during working days (unless stated otherwise / under BACKORDER) upon payment verification.
  • All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
  • All shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated automatically when your check out.
  • For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from Poslaju) is cleared, we will make the refund in the form of store credits back to you. (*Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers)

COUPON CODES/ VOUCHERS

  • If you have a coupon code, kindly ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where coupon codes are not keyed-in at point of purchase.
  • Coupon codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly. Strictly duration-extension for any coupon codes with expiry date.
  • Coupon / voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

STORE CREDIT POINTS

  • If you have an accumulated store credit points, kindly ensure to apply the credit points in order for the discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where store credit points are not keyed-in at point of purchase.
  • There are no expiration for store credit points. Any changes in this clause will be informed accordingly.
  • Store credit points are not exchangeable for cash.

MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS

  • Measurements stated may vary 0.5 – 1cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect. Exchange is available at your own cost.
  • For printed items, please note that placement of prints will differ slightly for every piece due to fabric placement.
  • Colors shown may slightly varies on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be shown with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. This will not be considered as defects/wrong item. Return & exchange is available at your own cost.
  • For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not affect the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect/heavy stain.
  • Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.

BOUNCED PARCELS DUE TO NO COLLECTION FROM RECEIVER

  • Customers will be contacted should we receive any return parcel bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. WES will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Further details regarding the re-delivery will be provided to the customer.
  • WES reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
  • Any unclaimed bounced parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.

 

WES reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice given.
